You have to sign out of your account and download what ever email you want from the begining. But now you'll have two email accounts. But you can cancel one of the accounts. How you do this depends on your email account.

first of all, you can't actually change your current email address... what you have to do is to create a new account and that way, you would have a "new" email address...

Delete the old one and create a new one
