Good drivers but bad habits - if you know what I mean. Road courtesy is non-existent.
Since you ask about cyclist - they need to be educated in road safety. Many of them think they are superhero and make it their ambition to challenge against 1 ton cars.

Singaporeans can't drive (guarantee to have an accident on rainy days), they are sometime inconsiderate (hogging the overtaking lane) and impatient (honk at the slightest wait). The pedestrians tends to treat the road as their own and cars have to watch out for them. Motorcyclists can be road hazards, especially those that come from Malaysia.
Drive safe and within the speed that you can handle. Be patient, Singapore is so small that any time saving from rushing is only minutes. Be careful. Give way, think of all the troubles if you hit something or somebody.
I had my driving licence some 22 years ago. I have yet to have ticket. My accident record is also clean, except for some very minor knock which account for only 3 times. Experience in driving in Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, Germany; in snow, in rain, in typhoon, on mountain terrains, on rocky terrains, on sand, etc. Skid on water and on snow before without any incident. Top speed achieved 200km/h.

Singapore drivers are not good. They only obey rules because it would hurt their pocket not to. The driving schools are turning out a generation of drivers who are just average drivers, not outstanding ones. They are unable to adapt to situations on the road. Incidentally, in neighbouring countries, drivers seem smarter because they are the products of the law of the jungle. Road manners are not good either. I think Thai and Malaysian drivers have good manners. At least they don't road hog.

Not bad...if compare to other countries...singaporean still can rate as good users. Red light they stop, green light they run.
If you go to Malaysia, you will see lots of drivers beat the red light.
