They choose to call themselves Lebanese while they're in Australia, but all of a sudden when they get in trouble over there, they miraculously become Australians needing to be rescued.

Australian citizens live and work in many places in the world, Lebanon is one of them.

Some are also dual citizens.

As Australian citizens they are entitled to the best protection their country can give.

Mostly double nationality's Muslims those have two Australian as well as Lebanon's nationality .
