I always think skirts are sexier. Worn properly they can show off the best part of your leg and flow around you, giving you a very feminine appearance. Trousers are great if you want to look serious or professional!

well my first choice is bib overalls and no shirt.
but thats not a city Fashion ...pure country...
Of your choices I'd have to say skirt...
mostly due to experience.
woman wear trousers, slacks, jeans at work or doing something busy.
I'm accustomed to women wearing skirts on dates and when their thinking about spending time with me.
over the years I've learned not to pay as much attention to ladies not wearing a skirt. It almost sends the message I'm busy now maybe we'll talk later.

Personally, I think trousers/pants. Because so many females wear skirts so often these days that pants seem to stand out more.
But I think the real answer is, "whatever is more fitting on the person and makes them look thinner and shapelier."

Skirts, but some trousers can be really sexy aswell! it depends what figure the lady has thats wearing them!
