Going online to waste time. Time pass really fast when u sit in front of the comp. Watch movies, series, anime.
If still cant sleep, dont sleep. Wait till the sun rise, automatically i will fall asleep. thats what i do nowadays.
Its so cool to have weekends! and its even cooler with holzz!!!

My husband watches television or plays video games. I get up and have a glass of water and try to go back to sleep. I will lay there all night if I have to.

I read, listen to music,sometimes draw something and sometimes write till I get sleepy.

I usally re-arrange furniture, sort old clothing, organize old books
eat left-overs, organize my files, watch old movies, clip photos,
wash-out garbage cans, & anything else I haven't had time for
in the day time.
I go for walks. Mainly, I take Tylenol PM & go back to sleep.
