the reason she broke up wit me was because she had less feeling with me, i admit it is not her fault because when we together,im the one who treat her not good,not respect her,make her cry,she stand for my stubborn,but not long,day by day her feeling to me had reduce..i realize my mistake, wat can i do to make her love me one more time.....

Just be her friend and don't expect her feelings to change overnight for you...that's just not how it works,friend.
Be very patient and be genuine with your affections since she broke up with you for a reason and along with that is the consequence of her not taking you back so prepare yourself for the worst case scenario.
You can never make those rocky moments in time disappear in history.It happened and now you're sorry you let loose of your happiness but it's a little too late for remorses now.Like her,you should carry on with your life and be very cautious with the next girl in line.Don't make the same mistakes and let history repeat itself.

The good thing...you realize your mistakes and hopefully you've learned from them. It's sad that you 2 split up but the best way to get her back, as your girlfriend or just as friends, is to show her how she really deserves to be treated. Whatever you did wrong before, apologize and prove to her that she is important enough to you to treat her better than you did before, The only way she will believe you is by your own actions. Keep your promises. Don't over-do it or she nmay think you are just trying to win her back and be your old self again. Take your time and dont rush back into it. Over time hopefully she will trust you again and believe in you. Then make your second cance worth it. Good luck

To begin with, even if you are not together there are still feelings between you and her being together and having good time like the time when you just met.
What you need to...
Buy her flowers, buy a birthday card, if her birthday is gone, think of an event coming soon and send her a card. Make sure you use magic words like "sorry" for being a bit selfish. We are all human beings we do make mistakes, therefore, I'm sure she will forgive you.

what have you done to better yourself??? If you truly have changed and truly are in love with her? then you don't stop showing her your changes. Do not Harass her in any way. Try nice little things. Leaving a song on her answer machine. Send cards to her office or home with a I just miss you or thinking about you nothing more. If she responds to any of that , then invite her to meet you for coffee or ice cream nothing to much or of a long period of time. Do not try to make her feel bad or sad in any way and do less talking , more listening. If that doesn't work . Move on

If you love her, then you wouldn't hurt her. If you thought you were in love in the first place then why would you do things that would make her feel bad. Before you try and get her to love you back. You should see if it's fair for her. If you want her back, prove to her that you will treat her how she should be treated.

I you loved her you shouldn't have treated her like crap. It would take a long time to get in her good graces. You could start by showing her that you have changed. Maybe sending her flowers. SENDING being the key word. She might not want to see you just yet. Appologize to her. Then maybe you could just be friends for a while. Hang out, go to movies, if she would like to date you again she will tell you.

You cant make her get back with you. You can not force someone to love you. Personaly I hope she doesnt get back with you. Mainly because of the way it sounds like you treat her. You should treat girls with respect! If you really wanted to get back with her maybe try talking to her. Making her feel nice leave a present on her desk. properly the anwer is you're getting used. If a woman had to be loose in the course of the summer time and then each and each of the surprising she needs you decrease back she would not care about you, you're a decrease back burner boy meaning if she needs a date or a guy to be round than you're it. She would not fairly care about you so i advise breaking it off which includes her so that you're literally not always getting used through this chick. :)
