It's not a question of "who" but of "what"! So, what should you americans fear more? Stupidity! and poor educated people. I can see thousands just here, in Yahoo!answers...
later edit, after posting, then reading some of the other answers: a well educated person can defend him/herself of politicians and corporations. They can also become a politician or the CEO of some powerful corporation....

....And anyways-- also by that time, there will be no use for politicians. Robots will handle it.

neither, they should fear the dishonest corperations that employ them now. white-collar crime costs over 10 times what street crime does, kills almost 8 times as many people, and loses untold numbers of man hours, all because they want more money. there's your real threat.
