I have used most of the shampoos seeing which one was the best for my hair. I used pantene and my hair was falling alot. Like as I was drying my hair and combing my hair. I then changed to Dove which is the best. It's mild so it's good for your hair and scalp. The doctor told me that I should it because it's not strong.

Pantene mostly. I have the Pantene made for blondes and I like how It makes my hair shimmer.

I don't shampoo my own hair. I go to salons. But I were to do
it myself, I'd use Pantene.
