probably would not be wise. Most of the time lottery winners make the local news and cops are all the time all over the news looking for potential felons. You might could get someone to anonymously claim it for you, but I would be scared to do that as they may still find out.

Sure, you could collect, but you'd have to have income taxes withheld, so the IRS and other government agencies would probably be waiting for you, or the bank would do a background check before cashoing and you'd no longer be on the run, you'd be in cuffs.

Depending on state laws probably so. you didn't win the lottery illegally so the money is yours. however expect to be nabbed the moment you claim it . So give it to me I'll claim it for you for a small commission of course just 10% what a deal!

There is nothing dangerous about collecting on it if you sign your winnings over to a third party, someone you can trust. So go ahead and go to collect the winnings.
