Some of the hate is from various small-minded supporters across all the clubs that always 'hate' the dominant team. They will latch onto the simple headline grabbing reason for justifying that hate (fuelled by the quality british tabloids)...but that is justb a disguise for the need to hate woever is currently dominant.
A lot of the hate is from fans of Arsenal, Man United and Liverpool who feel an outsider with less 'history' than them have now consistently pipped them to the post in terms of winning the league; in terms of getting the best players; and in terms of dominating the headlines. It is a bizarre hatred, because Chelsea have as much history as they have (now 100 years) it is only that this history is not as 'successful' as the big 3. The big 3 hate the fact that Roman Abrovich has come and said history accounts for nothing; and I have enough money to eliminate the barriers to success that all clubs outside the big 3 have had.
And he has proved that.
And he intends to prove it for many, many years to come.

It's easy. They try to but everything! It shits me and sooo many others. How would Chelski feel if Bill Gates decided to buy Liverpool, and inject 2 billion dollars so that the club could assemble every superstar, whilst Chelski had to make do with a budget similar to what Liverpool, or other Premier League clubs have at the moment. If Chelski got to where they are through hard work, then people would be so ****** off with them, but the facts are that Chelski are trying to but everything. They're arrogant from the owner to the players, and especially the ****** up gaffer, Moronio, who doesn't even have the decency to shake hands after the match, because he is an arrogant ******* ****! A real sore ******* loser. So his team got beaten by a team that has heart and passion. BOO ******* HOO! Do the right thing and shake hands you arrogant wanker. Heaven help if Chelski lose to a team in the relegation zone, or get knockedout of the FA Cup by Rochedale, or Cardiff City, or one of the lower league sides. Moronio is likely to go on a killing spree. The only reason that Chelski win the league is that there's an endless line of players to take up positions should a player become injured. No other team has the luxury that Chelski does. It would be nice if every side could call up a world class striker or mid fielder should another world class super star get injured. Chelski may win the league, but they will never win in Europe as they lack heart, guts, and most of all soul. The sooner that Chelski get relegated, or their owner goes broke, the better and more even the playing field will be.

The fact that they can neither win graciously or accept defeat in the same manner. But then again that has never been a strong point of Arsenal or Manchester United either.
The current Chelsea regime smacks of one huge money laundering exercise with Abramovich using the club as a front to siphon off the proceeds of some very dodgy dealings in his home country.

I don't like that Abramovich bought the league for them. Injecting 300 million quid into one team gives them a ridiculous advantage and means that Sheffield or West Brom or whoever never have a chance of winning the League.
It should be about passion not dodgy oil money

Their buying policy is tarnishing the integrity of the English game. I don't think it'll be unfair to suggest that Chelsea are as successful as they are right now because of Abrahimovich's millions.

Maybe because they buy all the best players and turn them into mediocrities by making them sit on a bench all the time? And the whole policy the team leads causes hostility...

Some time ago he said that in Palermo(Italy) is dangerous to walk in the streets because they are all mafiosi, without no reason!
