here is my MRI report: l5-s1 disc is degenerated ans shows posterocentral herniation indenting the thecal sac &descending S1 nerve roots .and L4-L5 disc shows postrrior and left far bulge indenting the thecal sac and abutting left extiting L4 nerve root

Pressure on the nerve root can cause the problem. You really should wait until your physician has evaluated your MRI. Another answerer suggested the problem may be psychological, which could be true if your doctor had already advised you that your spinal problems could problems with perfomance and sensation. Otherwise I don't think that's very likely.

Yes the pressure on the nerves in your spine could be causing this. It can also have other causes such as high blood pressure or arterial blockage. I have peripheral vascular disease which is blockage of the arteries outside of the heart. While I have had surgeries to correct this there are still times I lose feeling in my penis and testicles. Talk to your doctor who can evaluate.

While any interruption of nerve function may interrupt sexual response, it could be simply psycological, a feeling of diminuation of body function. Try some of the stimulants such as Viagra.
