Yes, it's good especially the World Cup and the European Championships.
The Champions League is very good as as well. The best match in the Champions League was the final of 1999 when Man United beat Bayern Munich (who were leading 1-0 after 90 mins) by scoring 2 goals in injury time.
The beautiful game can take you from the depths of hell to the highest level of ecstasy in the space of a few seconds.

If you mean association football (soccer), then NO, it is a game played by ill-disciplined illiterate morons, supported by illiterate morons. Plus it is officially a non contact sport, a game for small children and girls.
The only reason for it's prominence is that rugby suffered from a huge divisive fracture for nearly 100 years, if rugby union had gone professional right from the start it would be a the biggest supported game there is, a hybrid between rugby union and rugby league. Incidentally rugby league players are amongst the fittest sports people on the planet but they get paid far less than the pre Madonna footballers who couldn't fight their way out of a paper bag.

In start I didn't like football and I thought that is boring! When I moved here I started playing soccer with my friend on Sony PlayStation and I learned players' names. Then I started watching football matches and I liked it!

English football is the most exciting in the world. As for the guy who said it was Italy....I dont think so mate. Maybe you only like it cos most of the games are fixed.
