Most sorbets do not contain any dairy products. Here is a website with sorbet recipes: http://www.cs.cmu.edu/afs/cs/Web/People/mjw/recipes/dessert/icecream/sorbet-
I also think that fresh fruit makes a great dessert!

I think any fruit pie would be suitable. I don't believe any butter or dairy products are used in the crust, I don't do much baking but I believe the crust is made with flour and shortening. Fresh fruit is also a suitable dessert.

Anything that does not include milk, butter, animal fats, etc.
The best I ever saw in my life was in a Thai restaurant and it was called a fruit mountain. It was simply a large plate with a great big mound of ice on it. Placed all over it (beautifully of course) were different fruits in season. Lovely.

I've got a vegan friend and I've made pies and cakes for her. You can get stuff called 'egg replacement', use soy milk and get dairy free butter. Just substitue for the egg, milk and butter component on most recipes.
