It is clear that your not a fitness person. Look at American female athletes, look a females jogging, skating, surfing on our beaches. Look at our female boxers and martial artist. Hell, look in Playboy if it doesn't offend you. Now, as a Master Fitness Instructor & Trainer I will tell you that allot of people are overweight. In fact I will tell you world-wide it is a universal problem no matter what nationality a man or woman is! How good of shape are you in?
