Is it true that Marlboro Menthol makes you not be able to have kids? My aunts husband is a true smoker and said they make you not have kids. I want to know if he is right or not.

Michelle: That story is complete nonsense.
Trust me, that premise is pure crap.
Once a woman is ovulating, all bets/theories are off.
The fact is this:
Cigarettes, menthol or not, are not a factor.
Sperm count is. This may be affected by frequency, genes,
etc. But NOT Marlboro Menthol's.
As It is "him" claiming this....
I suspect he has a more personal problem.
And I do mean personal.

Not True.
Troll any WalMart parking lot to see all the mothers smoking cigarettes and dragging kids around.
It does lower sperm count, but all it takes it one good swimmer out of millions to fertilize an egg. Besides, young girls are very fertile.
I do agree with other answers that smoking is unhealthy for the smoker and the child, especially if they share a blood system.

I've never heard of that before. I HAVE heard that smoking menthols are worse on a persons lungs though, but not about sperm count or fertility.

To be precise, every cigarettes contain chemical to lower sperm-count in the long run. Not only the menthols.

I don't know about that. Both my parents smoked Menthol cigarettes, and they sure had plenty of kids!

They say MENTHOL (any kind on cigarrettes) can, like there's a risk you run of becoming sterile (is that how u spell it lol) so yea once again KIDS, smoking is bad! =D

that is not true your uncle lying something,but when you communicate with us,&call me in my account,you can have kids if you want the whole things you wanted,try to send your messages here,i tell you a real word to have kids,but once you follow me send now you will know the real atmosphere about smokings.someones hiding for the real world for you.

yes, menthol ciggaretts have a negative impact on male`s fertility, but if you are female, there is nothing to fear ;)
