Scotland's SNP have the ability to carry a referendum yet we've not began to work out if the Scottish public choose independence. Economically, the united kingdom Exchequer wouldn't have as a lot income as Scotland might want to not be required to pay something to them that signifies that something of the united kingdom has a lot less funds spend on in spite of. shop in concepts something of the united kingdom might want to be nevertheless be mutually so we would want to be in a more beneficial effectual economic difficulty than Scotland who might want to ought to locate some way of gaining the money they could lose from not being area of the united kingdom, extraordinarily in the experience that they needed there personal defence forces.

I'm half and half - so i don't like to c any kind of fighting between the two - Scotland is part of the UK BECAUSE it went broke - it just couldn't afford to remain independent - Scots r very hard pressed to say they like England - always putting them down
but in all fairness - Scotland wud become forgotten and unwanted in europe

historybuff, thats Ireland..hence the 'United and Free;...
Scotland would struggle as an independant nation, for the sheer fact that England is the Political, Military and Economic heart of the Union. Scotland would be relegated to the lower ends of Europe, considering that by herself, she is pooer then Ireland and most eastern european nations

No because if you think about it the Scots are weird, they think their not British when they are. If they leave the UK it wouldn't make a difference but they will only Scottish citizenship's but they are still British by ethnic, same goes for the Welsh and the English.

No. The Scots would love to become very isolated from the crap the world has gotten itself into. However, they would dearly love to keep St Andrews and send Colin Montgomery packing.
