being tied up and having someone fill your veins with gasoline then igniting your blood before you are poisoned to death. that or slowly haveing your skin peeled off before being toseed into a bath of salt and vinegar, only to die slowly from bleeding to death

I would have to say either drowning or being burnt.
In those seconds before you die, it would be the 'knowing' that it is going to happen and not being able to do a thing about it.
