i tried to play yahoo pool but a message appear saying unable to connect to server because i'm behind the firewall, stale page in cache, server is down. what should i do to get in to the game?

If you do not have a firewall running you can try hitting Control and F5 at the same time while on that page with that message, then try again. Its called a hard refresh also run disk clean up and defrag regularly and clearing history.
