What is a CA certificate on a mobile 3 handset?

I try and register a credit card for payment and it say's "no CA certificate detected, continue anyway?" anyone else had this? it's a 2nd hand mobile phone on 3 network. Thanks in advance if u solve this.

This phone is only 2 months old and i used the sim out of my other 1.

dont know wot it is, but in my experience 3 mobile are useless, any problems they wont help

Need a new phone: The valid time period of the CA certificate has expired You are using an out-of-date certificate.
