hi winhearts, thanx for answering my stone tile question. my tub will be on the ground floor. my coralstone tiles are sealed with colored and portland cement, then sanded (wish u could see how pretty they are). they'll be cemented to a concrete shell molded with waterproofing compound.
if your ceo is asian, just refer the problem to your company psychologist or public/personnel relations officer, who will talk it over with him privately without him losing face.

Don't react immediately. When the situation is good, go and talk to him personally. Start with his good qualities and his effort towards the organization. Then tell him that how people are feeling uncomfortable when he is shouting for without any reason.

Normally CEO should be in a position to handle more pressure. If he reacts on his pressure with his employees, he can not be successful.

Looking for alternate job is the bad option

It's time for a new job. What a counterproductive environment. I'd get out before the company folds. I've been in the situation and failure of the company is inevitable. Bring a Tiki torch to work and start playing "Survivor" with the co-workers. The tribe has spoken! NOTE: It's hard to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person... approaching him just could make matters worse for you and the others.

The only way to overcome this is to quit your job and work for a better CEO
