Is there one called nonchelant and if so where does does it come in the heirarchy of terror?

It's not really a heirarchy of terror so much as simultaneous interactions of aggression. I would call them: casual, intense, violent and what-the-fock??!!!

it's spelled, "nonchalant", and it means you're coolly unconcerned, so it rates extremeley low on the hierarchy of terror.
