i'm scared that i can't swallow properly tonight and the fact i'm to scared to swallow or even eat cause i'm afraid that it will get stuck in throat. please help i'm really scared, and at 25 it's pretty silly but really frightning for me.

have you had trouble swallowing in the past? or had an a chocking incident occur? this could be part of your fear of swallowing. i would suggest going to a gastrointestinal doctor there they can evaluate your swallowing issues they have a swallow test that can tell if you have a medical reason that you are having trouble swallowing. good luck!!!

That is definately a phobia and will only go away with some kind of therapy. You might be able to deal with it yourself, but that could take a long time and it would be easier to just get help.

it very easy and decide come what may u will learn... take a pill keep on your tongue little away from the tip, take a sip and immediately push you neck backward and simultaneously gulp it ..try this .. if u feel that u will bring it out close your mouth and nose tight... the pill go down your throat...

You may have a phobia. Maybe you almost choked when you were younger. See your doctor. A bit of therapy should cure this.

Do try see your GP soonest. Until then, gargle with some warm salt water and take some aspirin if you can.

you could be having an alllergic reaction to something. Go see a dcotor.
