Just seeing how many people would show up to this question. Has anyone figured out Links question, the one where you translate the text and if you get it right he gives you ten points? He says the language is Afrikaans but i cant translate it. Another thing, if you like pokemon see if you can answer my question, Are Ash and Misty in love? Id like to see what you think

Guess what? I got the PERFECT translation of Links language, how i went on his other question (the one about him trying to find if anybody drew anime) and asked him, he gave me the answere!

Alright heres my opinion, I have been writing seperate e-mails to people who think that Ash and Misty are not in love. I just like trying to prove people wrong.See, i think its a more kind of a Misty secretly loves Ash and Ash notices certain hints from time to time thing. If you listen to a song called "Mysty's Song" and really listen to the lyrics you can conclude that Misty does love Ash but is afraid to tell him so. You can also find the lyrics of the song on the internet. I forgot the websites they are on, but if you want info on this just contact me.

The answer to my other Q was in Afrikaans a lang that is, well scraps of languages like
French. German.Turkish English. Italian stuff like that it is actually a very cool Language My Jap friends tell me that Afrikaans gives you a advantage with Japanese cuz I sound right or something
it comes from South-Africa and the answer was.

Wow... okay.
Well, Pokemon is not among my favorite genres of anime. I usually prefer yaoi or shounen-ai, but I wouldn't say no to a show that happens to be anime, so I guess I automatically like it in a way.
You certainly seem obsessed with it though. Maybe evem more obsessed than I'm with yaoi. Lol.
As for Misty being in love with Ash... I used to think about it when I was a kid, but I was only considering the possibility of a romantic relationship between those two because I was obsessed with pairing up characters, no matter what show I was watching. It wasn't because I actually had proof to influence my view.
And the truth is that this relationship has nothing to do with canon. I mean... (I feel so dumb debating on this, but... eh)
1) Ash is not the type that can maintain a stable relationship. He's a teenager and his main purpose is to take care of his dear pokemons. If he happens to fall in love or if he happens to consider the possibility of being in such a relationship with someone that will only be an addition. Because his main goal always seems to be related to pokemons in one way or another.
2) Misty is not the type of character that can be part of a relationship either. She's tomboy, she's more on the tough side... and she just seems like she was meant to be single. It seems like that's just a natural part of her character/personality.
3) The main focus of the show itself revolves around pokemons... (eh), not necessarily relationships. If it would revolve around relationships, then you could safely aupport the idea that there is something serious or that there could be/could have been something stabnle between these two. But seeing as that's not the purpose of the show, I think a relationship would have only ruined it. So whatever you might sense between these character are just subtle hints, teasing... nothing serious. It's just enough for the show to maintain its naturality. If it would be too much, then... it would be a soap opera.

I don't like Pokemon, and I don't think Ash loves Misty in a romantic sort of way, the guy probably loves his pokemons more than any girls.
