Force yourself to go when she goes. That is the ONLY way I can think of. Easier said than done I know! LOL

I have insomnia and so I'm up every night until about 5, 6 or 7 am, then I sleep in until about 10 or 11, IF I'm really really lucky. I have a 5 1/2 month old and what helps me sleep is sleeping with her. She's in my bed and if I lay down with her I am sure to zonk right out. Otherwise I just toss and turn and get really restless.
Don't ask me why it works, it just does.
It's just getting me INTO the bed that's the problem! lol

This may sound odd, but it works for me every time.
Get really comfortable. Close your eyes, relax, clear your mind. Now, clearing the mind is almost impossible, so this is what I do. I repeat the word "relax" in my head over and over, inhaling on the "re" and exhaling on the "lax." Concentrating on the word only, and the breathing, always helps me fall asleep.
I've got a 2 1/2 year old and a 3 month old, so I know how important it is to take adavantage of all possible sleeping minutes!

I have been taking one Tylenol PM every night before bed since my son was born 3 years ago, with the exception of when I was pregnant with my almost 1 year old. Otherwise, I would be tossing and turning for hours. Tylenol PM works for me! Good luck!

Try going to sleep when she does, then wake up early in the morning and keep yourself active, you will eventually burn out. Also no cheating by napping.
