She is looking at you non stop. Love is not someone looking at you. She might like you but love you I don't think so.
Talk to her if you want.
How old are you 10 or 11. Your question sure seems to be in that age bracket.

if she really looks to you nonstopingly and seems that she is in love with you..that does not mean that she really in love with you, maybe she just want to see your facial expressions everytime..
or if you want, you can ask her but m afraid you will be in a shameful situation if you do that because you are not very sure if she really in love with you..
or if you do not want to be in a shameful situation, just ask her personally without somebody else.. when you do that maybe you will discover the reason why she looks at you nonstopingly everytime.. but when you ask her, be serious, because when you ask her not seriously, she will ashamed to answer your question..

Just because she looks at you does not mean she Loves you. Just ask her out, and see where your relationship goes from there. You can't really love someone till you get to know them.
