Try this:

Under Article 119 of the Treaty of Rome the UK Government is obliged to implement Equal Treatment between men and women in respect of inter alia pay and conditions of employment at work.

The UK Government in recognition of its treaty obligations implemented the Sex Discrimination Act 1975. In s. 66 of that Act there is enforcement procedures. In s. 66(3) the Act states "no award of damages shall be made if the Respondent proves ....."

A remedy for discrimination therefore only exists under s.65(1)(c) if a Tribunal finds the discrimination was indirect under s.1(1)(b) of the Act.

Therefore, have the UK Government fully implemented Article 119 of the Treaty of Rome??? Discuss!!!

How private is a private function? Is there anything in English law that gives a person the right to privacy when they defecate or p e e ? Or has this subject been ignored thus putting in contradiction recent laws against doing so in public places. In other words if nothing guarantees your right to a private place then how can the state level a fine against a person p e e ing in a public place. Do we have the right to Potty? Had to throw that in.

You might try a particular issue, such as 'sentencing guidelines and interference from government' a more general issue such as 'the right to silence' or 'the presumption of innocence'.You could select whichever field most interests you and ask 'can justice be bought in this field'. Failing these you could select a 'Notable Trial' and analyse it in detail.

How about exploring the system through which Judges are groomed before they qualify to sit in judgement. Asking the question 'is this system to far removed from contemporary society and it's values for their honourable 'objective' evaluations of a criminals activities to be valid?'
(I know a few lawyers... ergo the question!)
