If you truly want to become a female, that means your are transgendered. Start by talking to your doctor. To change your gender you will be asked to go through a few years of psychotherapy, then you will have to dress/act like the gender you wish to become for about a year before you can begin hormone treatments and finally have gender reassignment surgery.
