I think you're trying to ask when the best time is to have sex with a woman if the couple (BOTH participants) want to maximize the chance of the woman becoming pregnant.

I'm not sure if you worded that correctly so I guess I will try to answer. If she is allowing it, take your penius and place it in her vagina. Just get in there some sort of way, if she says ouch backup and pick another angle. After making your way in, slide in and out til you ....ummm...."relieve yourself" then wait five minute...rinse and repeat. soon she be so filled with your...ummm...relief...that she won't be able to do anything but get pregnat.
