If some people are stupid enough to drink sea water, does that mean others should drink pesticides and not oppose and say anything to Pepsi for it?
What kind of logic is that?

People in India are making a hue & cry over PEPSI-COKE for the wrong reasons. They want to ban them because these drinks contain pesticides. My question is this: Is it absolutely neceassary for anyone drink them even If they do not have any pesticides? Are they not just sweetened water with some fizzles which are too expensive? Those soft drinks are draining some of our hard earned money. Regarding people drinking sea-water in the name of God:It shows how superstitious we Indians are.

O.K. agreed that people are drinking sea water in the name of God. But then these people are either illiterate or due to extreme faith. Do u believe in God ? Do u pray ? why ? because of faith. right ? Pepsi-coke is a different story and totally politisized. Also, it has been noted that these soft drinks manufactured in India contains excessive pestisides than that manufactured in America.

This is reality so far as the general people is concern and I think for this type of mentality we are lacking behind but that people who are crying for Pepsi/Coke phenomena they are not drinking sea water.

because pepsi and coke are apparently threathening the way of life in some way (im not sure how) but its been a long battle between India and coke and pepsi
they are not drinking the sea water (at least i dont thnk so)
sea water can be seen as something by god as its a natural source (duh dude)
