How about you ask your husband and children how ethical it is!!!
Forget about the age difference… none of it is ethical!!!
You are cheating on your husband…
You are cheating on the father of your children…
Does that sound ‘ethical’ to you?
I think perhaps it is time for you to retire from your job, and start concentrating on being a wife and mother…
Otherwise, you will soon find, you will be neither!!!

Ok, please allow me to file this one under "age doesn't always make you wiser..." and "proof that women can be just as unfaithful and heartbreaking as guys..."
To quickly answer this inquiry, NO - It is NOT Ehtical!!
Girl, you better listen up here. I thought this would be a simple age difference question but once I read you were married...
You deserve the Scarlet Letter "A" embroidered on you!!
Your significant other (husband in this case) along with family and children are the primary ones you should be comitted, dedicated, loving, and giving to. That means mind, body, and soul. "Foreplay" is just as well cheating because the thoughts were obviously there and whether you completed them or not isn't the issue.
It's called cheating... affairs... adultary... many names can be applied to this one thing that totally undermines all trust within your relationship. And with that gone, I'm afraid the chances of fixing things while you still can are going to be very difficult.
You claim to have strong family bonding but you don't. If you did then this wouldn't be an issue, let alone having to ask others for something that your heart should have told you a long time ago was wrong.
Accept this has happened and try to understand why; Admit to your husband what occured, Abandon all contact with this other guy, Apoligize to your husband, and make Amends to whatever extent your husband/family will let you.
Your supposed to be the best role-model you can for your kids. If you want to skank around then leave and do that. Let your husband take care of the kids because your mind is obviously not where it is supposed to be.
I'm not going to apoligize if this seems harsh and you probably won't consider it the best answer - but you need a reality check and try to save what you still have... fast!!

hmmmmm, a little green eyed monster there??
she is older and likes him, he is younger, has a kid, but not married, i am assuming that the older lady is not married either. no problems there.
now, you however are married, it seems that you are the one that is walking in the danger zone, but you like to tease and drag him along. lets look at it this way: if your husband were seeing a woman that is 10yrs younger, would you believe that they were meeting and only engage in foreplay???
and when you repent, do you tell YOUR husband???????
okay real time;
a) a you are a jealous person that wants what she wants regardless of the previous commitments that were made
b) make a serious play for him and leave your husband, of course he will be the injured party in the divorce
c) be grown up and quit playing,

what profession are you in, editing?!
no, it's not ethical, unless your husband knows and agrees to it. it could cost you the love of the man and child you claim to love, and there's no guarantee that the younger man'll stay around, either. the age difference is hardly an issue. it may be against corporate ethics, as well, but i shudder to think what corporation you work for, with such a grasp of english. with luck, it's al quaeda (if they've incorporated), and you're as incompetent in your duties, there, as you are in your love life and spelling.
