Well, it's a cheap cell phone, that I got for free from the company T-Mobile. It's a Motorola V188. Your help is greatly appretiated.

Take it back to T-Mobile. They should have a Warranty or Guarantee against breakage!

Did you take out an insurance plan on your phone? I don't know about the company you are with but with Alltel I had to pay 50.00 w/ the insurance to get a new phone after my daughters display broke. I would guess they are probably about the same with the different companies. Just check with them if you have the insurance on the phone and they will tell you if it's covered and what the cost is.

a broken screen would void the manufacturers warranty...and if you have insurance you would have a deductible..it would probably be less to just buy a new phone... check out the Motorola V195...similiar to the V188 but with bluetooth technology..
