you need to get the hm which teaches waterfall a water type pokemon but first collect all the gym badges after your on land you have to go through this cave then after that your in ever grande city where the pokemon league starts

Wich Pokemon caset ?Ok ther is a nother city fur away ther wer is the casino ther is a house that a lady and a kid are inside go to the lady the lady will give a sqerbotle But u first have to won the gym leader i think
