U have not mentioned that u belong 2 new generation or not.
If u belong to new generation then u are in a better position to know new generation love and if you belong to old generation then I advice u not to search for new generation love.

for love its depend upon the two hoe they love really or not.
but for the new generation 80% love for enjoyment,to show others,or say time pass.
but 20% lucky persons love really. gifted each other by god.

There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......
(L)isten: and validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.
