Sounds like it could be ring worm. I'd have it checked by a doctor to know for sure. It could just be an irritation that happens to be in a circle.

It's call DON'T TOUCH IT and put Neosporin
on it, especially if is itchy.
If it looks kinda reddish and tiny bumps in the
circle don't worry about it. JUST DON'T
SCRATCH IT. Clean it with peroxide first then
apply some neosporin, use the maximum
strength!

Sounds like ringworm.
Don't scfratch it or it will spread to any other part of your body that your fingers touch.
See a pharmacist and buy cream over the counter for it.
It's easily fixed
