Compared to the fact that all your metal and circuitry is gone, and you're now just a pink, fleshy mortal- the top of your head missing is merely a flesh wound!
I suppose this is going to be like 'Red Dwarf'. Just don't look at any appliance catalogues and "it" no longer has a multitude of life enhancing attachments. And I don't care how hard you tweak those nipples, you're not going to pick up any radio waves.
