first connect it 2 the computer and restar after (the ipod) still if it doesnt call apple and if ur ipod is under 1 year old u can get it fixed or a new 1 ( its ur garanty !) oh if u dont know check www.apple.com and ur country and get a phone call or go 2 an apple shop or a shop that sells ipods and tell them who 2 call or check the yellow pages and them u give them ur ipods serial number and date of purchase where u bought it etc. and they do the rest ! vote me best answer cus i did tis wit me sis ipod and im not lying tanx !
