It depends on what you are interested in.
I'd say a certificate in paramedicine, followed by an online bachelor's degree in emergency medicine, followed by a master's PA degree. But that's just what I decided to do :)

depends on what you want to do. if you're sort of undecided/undeclared right now, you might want to pursue a liberal arts curriculum while knocking all your required undergrad courses out. then later, you can hone your schedule when you decide which way you want to go.
