If you want to know whether the black hole is the door to another world, you must first understand what is a black hole.
Black holes are just the evolutionary end point of massive stars.Black holes are the evolutionary endpoints of stars at least 10 to 15 times as massive as the Sun. If a star that massive or larger undergoes a explosion (supernova), the star eventually collapses to the point of zero volume and infinite density.
The Infinite density produces Infinite gravitational force, which pulls in even the light. Because no light escapes after the star reaches this infinite density, it is called a black hole.
As per this definition given by NASA, there is just a vacuum inside the black hole (zero volume) and not any planet or galaxy inside.
More over, Black holes are small up to only a few to a few tens of kilometers in size. With in this few tens of kilometer there is no possibility for the existence of a planet or world.

We can't really know that until:
1. We find a black hole
2. We go to the black hole
3. Someone volunteers to fall into one and get ripped to shreds
I'm am thinking that black holes are a door to big bucks for some science authors and film makers. But they still ain't FOUND one yet.

No.
It is quite clear from General Relativity that a black hole is just an inescapable concentration of mass.
Normal matter cannot survive a black hole - it in fact contains degenerate matter, with no atoms left at all.

black holes are the dying stars. when the star completes its life its all glow which are actually due to the nuclear reaction faint out. so it becomes completely black. so black that even its presence is detected by its attractive pull.it may be another planet forming but how can it be another world?more over these r too far away from us that their proper study is not possible

I think it is the door to hell. And it would make a terrific sci-fi story. How would it be, if we thought that all that super density and empty vacuum seem kind of contradictory. I'm wondering if that's where my keys ended up. The key is sucked up, transformed, and is now.. the key to ..... another world! An imploded one of negative space, where black is like infrared.
Okay, now I know that someone is going to write this. Let me know how it turns out.

Fanciful. The problem with all these ideas is that, when the numbers are plugged in, there is always some giant snag like tidal forces, xray synchrotron radiation or simply that the theory tells us that you could never ever get back to tell us about it (it is an "information horizon")

actually black holes are believed to exist but it will be quite some time before there is proof of their existence and then quite some more time before anybody studies them

No not at all but your question may be a good theme to write a good science fiction.

Well,it could be, but if it was so, then the aliens from there would have tried to make contact to our universe
