It is a contrdiction in terms, absolutely. For someone to call a hotdog gourmet, no matter how it is dressed up, is simply Madison Avenue advertising talk.

To me, a gourmet hotdog is a hodog that has more than mustard and ketchup on it.

I don't really know how gourmet street food can get, just remember whoever put that title is probably trying to entice people into buying it.
