Insert your pic on power point , then right-click on the pic and Save Picture as
it will be in the same old quality with a smaller size

You can go on photobucket.com and upload your photos to resize them the size you want. It requires you to create an account, but its very easy, fast, and free. You can only downsize the size of the photos and not expand them. Works great without compromising the quality of the photo. Enjoy!

Use Adobe Photoshop to reduce the picure proportioantely with out distortion.
Image size reduction. lower the resolution.

Go to paint. Press Ctrl+W that generally makes it smaller without making it all pixelly... Good luck

dload this s/w called Irfanview ( freeware) and u can batch process files and reduce the sizes quick and eazy !!!

i recommend adobe photoshop, but u can use ms-paint (if u r using windows os) to resize ur image easily
