Puffiness and dark circles are usually a sign of dehydration.

I suggest you invest in some eye cream by a well-known brand. Then apply morning and night and your puffiness will disappear and it will be prevented in the future :)

Put something cold over them like a cold wet rag. Some ladies enjoy slicing fresh cold cucumber and putting a slice or 2 on each eye. It could be aromatic and relaxing. Also don't drink so much water a few hours before bed. And reduce salt intake.

Cucumber...slice it and place over eyes for 15 minutes. Make sure it has come straight out of the fridge.

Get more sleep, stop drinking, be checked for allergies, find the cause and correct it..... I have heard of using cucumber slices on the eyes also.
