They are cruel because other's are cruel to them. Maybe an exception here or there, but someone is cruel to them, so they think they ought to be cruel back. Sooner or later, they are cruel to everyone, all the time, for no reason.
And EVERYONE has feelings, they just suppress them and try and hide them. Some people hide more than others, some not at all. Everyone has feelings.

The people that are cruel and have so feelings for others never were taught empathy, this begins at home from birth to about 5 years.

i think everyone has feelings, sometimes they're just really creepy ones, and that's where the cruel comes in. it's a matter of not caring who might be affected by what they say or do so long as they feel that saying or doing is somehow cathartic.
as for in here, anonymity can make a lot of cowards pretty brave.

Look the otherside, there are people who are good and have nice feelings, it is upto you, how you want to view them? Looking at a negative point you will get your question and vice versa..

Some people have never suffered so they have no empathy. On the other hand they may not realise they are causing pain.
