Just let them know that you are there for support.. if they need to vent. If its someone you are close to.. maybe start a exercise routine together. It really helps with any type of foul mood.

My sister is pretty much a bomb waiting to go off. She's always in a bad mood, and one wrong word sets her off ranting and raving. The only way to deal with her is to talk to her like you think she's right to be upset ALL THE TIME, and when she starts going on a tangent about something she dislikes, give the reactions you sense she wants. When something is said that aggravates you because you know it's coming from an angry, sour place inside them, and it's totally wrong, just stay quiet. Don't agree, don't disagree. Just don't say anything.
Hope some of that can help!

i am a moody person during PMS, i yell at my husband a lot during this time. i told him to be more sensitive and caring, usually it works, but sometimes we argue, but we always talk over it and make up, when you have love, you can solve all the problem.

Leave them alone when they are going through a mood you don't like, and just remember its just the way they are.

smack the crap out of them....joking
no, ask if there is something you can do. Sometimes talking about it helps but sometimes you have to let it pass. In that case just give them room and let them work through it.
Good luck.

some how they get a pay off for their behavior....like attention, even if it is negative.
I would say ignore her negative behavior.....obviously it gives her some jazz to be negative...so don't respond. Ignore her/
