Making TATP the explosive that was meant to blow up the airplaines is the latest terrorist plot scare is no easy taks. It is certainly not as easy as you just mix it and you have bomb material like in a hollywood movie.
Peroxide of the concertation needed is nearly impossible to come by and needs to be handled with extreme care, a drinks bottle is not suitable. To mix the ingredidents will take a long time as they can only be added drop my drop, while stirring contiously and checking the temperature of the mix. It would also smell a lot. After it is all mixed (hours later) the TATP needs to dry for an hour or two before it can be used.
None of the alleged terrorists had made a bomb. They had not bought any plane tickets and many did not even have passports
It all seems to have been blown completey out of preportion and feels like another attemt to keep us all living in fear so that we will not question all the money and resourses being funneled into the 'war on terror'

Listen, I don't think any of these so-called "Terror Plots" are genuine. I think they're all a load of crap...since 9/11 it's gotten real f'ing easy for CIA, etc, to find a bunch of arbitrary Middle Eastern names and faces and say, "See?! They're terrorists!" And the majority of the public are stupid and/or gullible enough to believe this s--t.
Basically, they're all false flags, diversion tactics...the REAL terrorists are the bastards we put into office by exercising our supposedly democratic right to vote.
The War On Terror is a sham. Not only is it a deliberately 'unwinnable' war but it is as racially motivated as the American Civil War was. In short, the Neo Cons who are running this madness want to see EVERYONE who is not like them (i.e. White, wealthy, Republican, Fundamentalist Christian) either behind bars or in Gitmo. They just happen to be starting with Muslims. They'll get to the rest of us soon enough, don't worry.

Of course they are blown completely out of proportion. The guys planning it appear to be idiots who would have never been successful, but the British government was watching them because they had ties to real terrorists. Unfortunately, Bush wanted to make some news to cover up for all the bad stuff he is doing and for the fact that everyone in the U.S. except for a handful of morons hates him. So, he blew the cover so the British arrested these guys before it was too late.

Look it was just a few months back when there was a raid in London and three or four 'terrorists' were taken into custody. None were charged, nothing happened - Whoops. Looks like they've done it again.
