Depends on your feeling.
if you're in a very good mood the sky is light blue
if bad mood, the sky is in grey / black in clr (along with thunders and lightning.. haha)
If your're wild and crazy. the sky is in rainbow clr.

The color of the sky is blue. Even when at night, it still blue - called Midnight Blue. The sky is never black.
