Same thing happened to me. The save game was corrupted so i couldn't do things but also i had it when my save was successful. If u have this if you saved previously use that otherwise you will have to restart sorry!

If your saved game data is corrupted then you can be pretty sure that it is lost for good. I had that happen to me on resident evil 4, i had all the unlockable weapons and had beaten the whole game and accidentally kicked it while it was loading and it turned off. So when i went to re-load the game it said the data was corrupted. I was very upset to say the least, but i started over and now i save my most important games on another save disk so it won't happen again.
