You would have to have a massive trunk, that had vents, and something to stabilize everything, then you would have to hide the smoke from the vents (assuming you care about people knowing about it), among other things. So I suppose my answer is that you can't have a meth lab in the trunk of your car, so just strap it on your hood and throw a tarp over it. Be sure and drive by policemen as much as possible to see if it is hidden well enough so you won't get caught.

The answer is very simple - set it up as you would at a home base,but only on a smaller basis. Oh, and make sure you have plenty of fire extingshers in your car, along with a fireproof card that states who should be contacted in case of your demise. You may also want to have a good criminal attorney on retainer - I'm thinking you might need one.

when you do this, make sure the car is running and stick a hose to the tail pipe--then put the other end in the trunk while you climb inside.,

Playing with the chemical reactions involved in meth labs is a very dangerous hobby.
find a better way to 'earn' your money, or you might find youself 'earning' some jail time or 'earning' yourself death.
