Borat the fav Kazakistani is back and the movie seems helarious from its trailers.

Go watch that Talladega Nights movie. Sasha Cohen (the actor that plays Borat) is the bad guy in the film and plays a French guy that is pretty funny and probably borrows some things from his Borat character.
