Taint
It taint your nose and it taint your lip! But it is the skin inbetween the two! ROFLMAO. Ohhh, that was a good laugh.
On the serious side, it is the "philtrum".

Depression below the nose I think that's what they call a frown.

Philtrum. It is said that real witches or most creatures of the night don't have this. I read it somewhere but I'm not sure if this is true though. =P
