There is a lot of hate in this world, and a lot of people
use God and Religion as a means to hate and feel
justified in doing so.

Because they are a bunch of leaderless, manipulated, gullible saps.
They constantly do this crap all the time because they have no real proof and no real leader to back up what they have been programmed to believe or should I say, what they have been brainwashed to believe.
It's really sad to see a bunch of sheep following in lock-step to the slaughter house like the christians are currently doing.
If they only knew that the NewTestament was just a make believe story written by a psycho path by the name of Paul, they would shut the f#ck up.

I answer with my beleifs because that is who I am. Noone should be trying to "push" anything on you, but all of us humans should be free to express ourselves in our own ways. What I beleive is what makes me who I am and I am not about to give up who I am because of what people may not like about me. I can't say for others, I can only say for myself, I speak from my own experiences. I do not know everything, I only know me. So don't be so defensive, okay? try to lighten up a bit and be a little bit openminded. Hope that explains a bit for you.

I think everyone does this. Christians, Buddhists, atheists, because it is our core of belief and colors everthing we do and say. It is a part of us.

In my experience that those who are born again christians tend to be more bible bashing. I think they feel because they have "found" god that everyone else should also...which I do not agree with...If I wanted to find god I'd do it on my own accord...I can't stand it when people push their religion and beliefs on others.

A Christian is someone who has devoted his/her life to Jesus Christ and finds that the best way to live their life is to live a life more and more like Jesus. When they answer any question, it is easy to tie it in to a story or to evidence in the bible to try to gain your soul for Jesus Christ. That is a true Christian's point in life is to try to gain more souls for Jesus, their is nothing wrong with it, you should respect what they are trying to do and that they are not ashamed of doing it. They see that what they are doing is the right thing to do, maybe not here in the world's eyes but will be rewarded in the afterlife.
